Rhythmic gymnastics is the OTHER gymnastics.
Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG) is a beautiful sport combining graceful movement with colourful apparatus.
Rhythmic gymnasts use the hoop, ball, rope, ribbon, clubs or scarves in routines.
Our gymnasts show balances, leaps, pivots, flexibility and coordination keeping the apparatus in motion.
Acrobatic skills, rolls, cartwheels and walkovers are performed in harmony with the apparatus.
