Central Alberta Rhythmic Gymnastics Opportunity
CARGO (formerly Red Deer Rhythmic Gymnastics) has been offering rhythmic gymnastics instruction in the Red Deer area since 1991, beginning as a community program until a formal club was founded in 1994. CARGO is known throughout the performance and rhythmic gymnastics communities for its caring coaches, creative instruction techniques, and innovative choreography.
All classes consist of warm-up, flexibility training, group games, dance basics, rhythmic gymnastics apparatus technique, and fundamental acrobatic skills delivered in a safe and fun atmosphere with lots of assistance from our coaches.
